Building Refurbishment – Old Gatehouse Community at Barwon Prison

The project entailed the demolition of a wall and an internal room, followed by a thorough repainting process. A restoration effort was undertaken to fix walls, floors, skylights, and windows.

The scope extended to the concrete floor and the installation of new carpet tiles with matching skirting. Operating within the confines of a high-security facility, our team adhered to rigorous standards, necessitating a comprehensive police check for all involved personnel.

Stringent security protocols were implemented for this project due to the location. This included a comprehensive police check and mandatory triple vaccination for all staff.
