Working for Applied Group has taught me Leadership, Management skills and problem solving. Along with meeting a diverse range of people, this job has taken me to many places around Victoria. When I started with Applied Group I was originally hired as a concreter. Then moved to supervisor and now the Head of Construction.

When I started at Applied Group, I was just an Administration Assistant, only knew the basics. Applied Group have given me the freedom to grow, learn and have challenged me, so I can become the best version of myself. I am lucky enough that I have been able to grow the role in Procurement and Marketing, with full support of the Applied Team. At the age of 22, I am now in charge of the Procurement and plan to continuously grow in that space, and hopefully in Marketing too.

Applied has given me the opportunity to learn and grow. I started here as an apprentice plumber and was offered the opportunity to take on different roles within the company. From plumbing to the civil team where I was running projects to stepping up into managing my own division.
